The questions worth asking
What actually counts against my plan?
Nothing. There is no show ceiling, no seat count, no venue limit, no per-offer fee and no revenue share. Build as many shows as you like, with as many people as you like, in as many rooms as you like. The only thing that is not in the price is Speak to Build, because every voice build buys a transcription from somebody — and that is prepaid, so it can never arrive as a surprise on a statement.
How do voice credits work?
One credit is one voice build — record, transcribe, read back, review. 10 a month come with your plan. Credits you buy on top never expire. If a transcription fails, the credit comes straight back, automatically. Correcting a build and re-running it costs nothing — you only pay again if you record something new. Typing a show is unlimited and always will be.
What happens if I stop paying?
Every show you have built stays open, readable and exportable. Forever. We will not hold a venue’s deal history hostage over a card — that would be indefensible, and it is also bad business. What stops is starting new work; what you already did is yours.
Is the white-label branding an upsell?
No. Your logo, your legal entity, your contact block and your colours are on every document, in the price. It is the product. The only thing a trial carries is one muted line in the document footer saying it was prepared with Showforma — never on the masthead, never in the email, never in the filename. Paying removes it.
Do you charge per seat?
No, and we never will. Bring your whole company. A plan costs what it costs whether one person is in it or ten — and if that ever changes for new customers, it will not change for you.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Any time. Moving to yearly takes effect immediately and is prorated. Moving back to monthly takes effect at the end of the year you already paid for — you keep what you bought until it runs out. Nothing about your access changes either way.
