Nothing but AI builds. There is no show ceiling, no seat count, no venue limit and no revenue share. Build as many shows as you like, with as many people as you like, in as many rooms as you like. The one thing that meters is an AI BUILD — an offer written from a Fast Forma, or Speak to Build — because every one buys a model call from somebody. 4 a month are included; after those, each build is billed per use on your next invoice, and the figure is on your plan screen before you tap. Or prepay a pack and pay less per build.
How do AI builds work?
One build is one AI offer from a Fast Forma, or one Speak to Build. 4 a month come with your plan; after those, each build is billed on your next invoice, per use. Builds you prepay in a pack never expire and cost less each. If a build fails, nothing is charged — a failed build is never billed and a prepaid one comes straight back. Rebuilding the same numbers costs nothing — you only pay again for a new deal or a new recording. Typing a show is unlimited and always will be.
What happens if I stop paying?
Every show you have built stays open, readable and exportable. Forever. We will not hold a venue’s deal history hostage over a card — that would be indefensible, and it is also bad business. What stops is starting new work; what you already did is yours.
Is the white-label branding an upsell?
No. Your logo, your legal entity, your contact block and your colours are on every document, in the price. It is the product. The only thing a trial carries is one muted line in the document footer saying it was prepared with Showforma — never on the masthead, never in the email, never in the filename. Paying removes it.
Do you charge per seat?
No, and we never will. Bring your whole company. A plan costs what it costs whether one person is in it or ten — and if that ever changes for new customers, it will not change for you.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Any time. Moving to yearly takes effect immediately and is prorated. Moving back to monthly takes effect at the end of the year you already paid for — you keep what you bought until it runs out. Nothing about your access changes either way.
