Pre-launch draft · last revised at the Showforma beta

This is a plain-English summary, not a finished policy. It describes what the software actually does today, which is a fact we can be held to; the formal policy follows before general availability.

What we hold

Your name and email address, so you can sign in and so offers carry a signature. Your company’s name, address and mark, because they are printed on your documents. And the shows themselves — artists, rooms, dates and money.

Who can see your shows

People in your own workspace, and nobody else. That is enforced in the database rather than in the app: every row is fenced to the organization that owns it, so a mistake in a query returns nothing rather than somebody else’s deal. Our own staff surface deliberately shows counts and account states and never the contents of a deal.

Who else we send it to

Only where the product plainly requires it: our database and hosting providers; a payment processor, which holds card details we never see; and an email provider that delivers the messages you ask us to send. Recipients of your mail are stored by that provider as contacts. We do not sell anything to anyone, ever.

Voice recordings

A voice-built show sends the recording for transcription and then it is done with. A recording waiting on credits stays on your own device and never leaves it.

Your data, on demand

Export everything you hold, as data plus every document you have generated, from your account screen. Delete the account from the same place: a thirty-day window where signing back in restores it, then a permanent deletion.

Email you cannot switch off

Product news is optional and there is a toggle for it. Messages about your account — a password changing, a new device signing in, a receipt, the trial ending — are not optional, because they are how you find out something happened that you did not do.
