Fast Forma

Break even in 90 seconds.

An agent says a number and you have about forty seconds. Put your room and their guarantee in — this is the real calculator, not a demo of one.

Numbers fast. Offers faster.

That is the first ninety seconds. The rest of Showforma turns it into an offer you can send — on your paper, with your name on it, not ours — and tracks it until it comes back answered.

Nothing you typed above was sent anywhere; the arithmetic happened in your own browser. It comes with you when you sign up.

The offer loop · and then

Open it up without retyping a number.

The four fields you just filled in are the build’s first band. Press on and the rest opens — every tier, every deduction, every expense, every clause. Same record, same engine, so what you sketched and what you send cannot disagree.

  • The ticket ladder instead of one average — every tier, its allocation, its comps and its kills.
  • Every expense on the right side of the deal, because you said what kind of deal it is before you typed one.
  • The break-even and both pockets pinned to the screen the whole way down, so the number that decides it is never six thousand pixels away.
  • One line per deduction, per clause and per ancillary — and each one set to who may see it before the document is built.
Three ways in

Start however the call starts.

Whichever door you come through, one button lands you in the build above with every number already in place. Nothing is retyped, and nothing is a dead end.

Fast Forma

The four fields you just ran. Break-even and net at three sell-throughs, before they hang up.

Voice to Build

Say it out loud — artist, room, date, the number they asked for. It comes back built, and you check it line by line.

Deal Builder

Straight into the seven bands. The long way round, for the deal that earns it.

Step three · Send it

It leaves as yours, not ours.

Upload your logo and your business details once, at setup. After that every offer, deal memo and settlement statement goes out on your letterhead — your mark, your legal entity, your contact block, your agent’s name and the room’s. An agent who opens it sees your company and nothing else.

  • Your logo, legal entity and contact block — filled in once at setup, on every page after that.
  • A PDF for the offer that gets read, and Copy-as-Text for the one that gets texted — the same figures in both.
  • Every figure on it closes on the lines it prints: a reader never sees a total built from a row they were not shown.
  • You see the whole document before it goes. Nothing leaves on a timer, and every version is archived exactly as it went out.

White-labelled the day you subscribe

While you are on the trial, a document carries one muted line in its footer — our mark and our name, once, at the foot of the page. The day you subscribe it goes, and everything you send after that is yours alone. Fall behind on a payment and it still does not come back: branding is not a way of collecting a debt.

No logo yet? Your business name sets as a clean letterhead — never a blank space, and never someone else’s mark.

Every dollar on the table

Mark it sent and it starts counting.

Download it and send it yourself, or email it from here — either way, marking it sent lands it on the dashboard the moment it goes, with the guarantee it carries. Tap any of the three and the list underneath filters to it.

Step four · Amend it, then close it

They answer the paper, not an email.

The answer lands on the show it came from — dated, attributed, and against the exact version they were sent. What you sent is archived page for page, so “here is what we agreed” is a document and not a memory.

  • They accept, decline or counter from the link on the page — from a phone, in a taxi, without an account.
  • A counter is a new VERSION, not a new deal: raise it and the offer states what moved, in one line — "Guarantee $13,500 → $15,000", which is the line drawn in the frame beside this one.
  • Your terms and clauses ride with every version, so the thing they are agreeing to is never a separate email.
  • Accepted locks the deal of record. Lost closes with a reason that feeds your win rate, and you rebid without retyping it.
On the paper, every time
  • Billing
  • Cancellation & Force Majeure
  • Insurance Requirements
  • Production (Provided By)
  • Merchandise Rights
  • Recording & Streaming Rights
  • Settlement Timing
  • Governing Law
  • Radius Clause

Rendered once from the deal, then yours to edit — and each one can be left off a particular reader’s copy without touching the deal underneath.

The one add-on

Won the show? Now run it.

Showforma Pro adds the two phases that come after the handshake — Event Planning and the Settlement Room — to the record you already built. The advance, the schedule, the staffing and the documents on one side; the box office in, the expenses reconciled and the walk on the other. Settled against the deal you actually offered, because it is the same show.

  • Event Planning — the advance, the schedule, the staffing, the docs
  • The Settlement Room — box office in, expenses reconciled, the walk
  • Ticket-count import from a box-office CSV
  • Everything you already built stays readable and exportable if you stop

Included for the whole trial, and free for life for founding members. Add it or drop it whenever — anything you build with it stays readable and exportable either way.

Step five · What it costs

One price. Everything unlimited.

Unlimited shows, versions, Fast Forma, venues, templates, team seats and exports, and four AI-built offers a month included — then pay per build, or prepay a pack and pay less. No per-show fees, no seat fees, no surprises — no revenue share and no ceilings either. Bid as much as you like; the plan price does not move.

Founding pricing — 50 of 50 spots left — your rate is locked for life

After that$79per month · $65.83 a month billed yearly

Flat monthly or yearly. No per-seat pricing, no revenue share and no show ceiling — it costs what it costs whoever is in it and however busy you get. Four AI builds a month are in it; the fifth is billed per use, and the figure is on the plan screen before you tap.

The rest of the cycle — plan the show, then settle it. On for the whole trial and free for life for founding members. Add it or drop it whenever — what you built with it stays yours either way.

The one thing not in the flat price is an AI build — an offer written from a Fast Forma, or Voice to Build — because every one buys a transcription that costs real money, or a model call that does. 4 a month are on us and more are bought in prepaid packs that never expire — so it can never arrive as a surprise on a statement. Typing a show is unlimited, always.

The shows you already built stay yours — open, editable and exportable — whatever happens to the subscription afterwards.

Know your number.

Run the number on the call, send the offer the same afternoon, and know where every dollar you have bid is sitting.
