What the product is
Showforma builds live-music deals: offers, planning and settlement, one record per show. It does arithmetic on numbers you give it and produces documents you send. It is a tool, not an advisor — the figures it prints are the figures you entered, worked through the deal terms you chose.
Your work is yours
Every show, venue, template and document you create belongs to you. We claim no rights over them, we do not use them to train anything, and you can export the lot at any time from your account. If you stop paying, you keep reading, exporting and settling what you have already built — billing gates creating new shows, and nothing else.
What we ask of you
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, tell us promptly if you think somebody else has them, and do not use the product to send mail you would not be willing to put your own name to. Offers leave on your company’s letterhead, not ours.
What we do not promise
We do not promise the service is never down, and we are not liable for a deal that went badly. Check the numbers before you send an offer — the product shows you its working precisely so that you can.
Ending it
Cancel whenever you like, from the billing screen, with no call and no retention script. Deleting your account removes your data after a thirty-day window during which signing back in restores everything; after that it is gone and we cannot get it back for you.
